  • Size charts are listed below each product for referencing.
  • T-shirts are 100% Airbume/Ringspun Cotton (Super Soft/Comfortable)
  • U|M is not responsible for incorrect sizes ordered. Any questions about sizing - please email us care@uniquelifemerch.com we are here to help.
  • Models are all ages and clothing sizes. Apparel and accessories are not guaranteed to fit the same on everyone.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS FOR ALL MERCH:

Machine wash warm with like colors. Only non-chlorine bleach when needed. Tumble dry medium. Do not iron if it is decorated.

All stickers are printed on durable, high opacity adhesive vinyl which makes them perfect for regular use, as well as for covering other stickers or paint. Don't forget to clean the surface before applying the sticker.

We print in house, hire and use outsourced manufacturers to print our graphic designs for speed and quality.

Some items such as stickers, journals and hobo bags, etc. will ship separately. You will not incur additional shipping charges under these circumstances. If you have multiple shipments, you will receive a tracking number for each shipment.
 

II. SHIPPING & RETURNS

How Long Will It Take To Get My U|M Package?

General Inventory

  • We operate as a print-on-demand service, which means your items will be freshly printed after you order and most orders are received before noted time frame below.

Processing & Shipping Times

  • In general, purchased items will be processed within 3-7 business days.
  • Our shipping policy is a standard 7-14 business days which does not include weekends or holidays.
  • Shipments are tracked through United States Postal Service.

Order Cancellation?

We will NOT cancel ANY order after receiving payment due to automatic fulfillment.

How Do I Track My Order?

After placing your order you will receive an order confirmation via email with your order number. When your order ships, you will receive another email with the tracking number and a link to trace the order online with the carrier. You will receive additional emails when your package is out for delivery and delivered. All orders are shipped searched through USPS website and/or by going to Track Your Order.

My Tracking Says "NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT"?

For some shipping companies, it takes 1-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

What happens if my order is returned due to entering a wrong/invalid address?

Any orders that are returned to us by the mail carrier due to "invalid address" or "Undeliverable address" can be reshipped, but you will be subjected to a $9 expedited processing and reshipment Fee. You will have 15 days to request a reshipment from the time it is sent back to us or from the time you state did not receive. After that timeframe your order will be added back to our store inventory and will no longer be available for you to claim. We only send to the address you provide - please double check the shipping address before completing the checkout process.

Will My Items Be Sent In One Package?

For logistical reasons, some items in the same purchase can be sent in separate packages. You will not incur additional shipping charges under these circumstances. If you have multiple shipments, you will receive tracking number for each shipment.

III. COVID NOTICE

Due to COVID-19, the USPS and other deliver services have noticed an increase of delayed shipping times. If your order experiences extra long delivery time please contact USPS directly to open a claim. We track all orders with the same tracking number provided by USPS. Therefore, once your order has been accepted by USPS the shipping route and delivery time is handled on their end. 

Due to COVID-19 and our high regard for the health and safety of our customers - ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  

IV. REFUND POLICY

No Returns or Exchanges?

We want you to love your UniqueLife Merch as much as we do!

No Return | Exchange Only Policy:

  • If a product is received damaged or incorrect size from what was originally ordered we will honored and replaced.
    • All covered replacement(s) will be replaced with the same item(s) in the same color. No Exceptions.
    • TEMPORARILY: Due to COVID-19 restrictions we are not able to accept physical exchanges at this time.
      • (please note: the address on the merch package is not accepting exchange packages at this time and is subject to return to sender without notice.)
    • PLEASE DO NOT attempt to return any items before contacting us. 
  • We will not honor [any exchanges ie. store credit] for incorrect size, color or design selection at checkout.
  • We are a print to order company and do not hold extra inventory so anything printed has already been purchased.
  • To avoid sizing issues please see our sizing charts or contact us via email if you are unsure before purchasing.
  • To comply with quality control all items are inspected thoroughly before fulfillment and shipping takes place on our end.
  • If by chance your item arrives damaged or defective, you may email our customer care team at care@uniquelifemerch.com to notify us of the defect.
    • You will be asked to include photo(s) of the item(s) in reference. Must provide clear front and back photos and all tags/ labels must be visible. And, include your order number to avoid any delays.

Additional Information:

Please note that some design colors may not be exact, but close, due to digital mock up limitations and varying screen resolutions.
